Wholehearted...

Jesus replied:  "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind."

Why Wholehearted Pilates and Wellness:  To equip women to stand tall in both posture and faith so they can confidently step into their calling with boldness, having endurance to make God’s love evident to those in their life.

Stand Tall.

The classical series of Pilates exercises often leaves clients feeling taller when they’ve completed a workout. Throughout most of the series, the aim is to think length. We do this by stretching a little further, sitting a little taller or by imagining space between our bones as we move through the series. This helps us to stand tall in our posture. It is also my desire to help you stand tall in your faith. I pray over the participants in each of my classes and welcome any prayer requests that you may have. Prayer is one of the most powerful and effective ways that I can have a positive impact on the lives of people I meet every day.

Get Strong.

Helping you build strength of body, mind and spirit is our mission here. If you’d ask any of the women who have regularly taken class with me, I think you’ll hear the consistent message that they all feel stronger. Pilates creates long, lean muscles that allow you to accomplish your everyday activities with greater ease.  Through my independent Revelation Wellness Instructor training, I have been equipped to help others train their bodies and minds to go through everyday life with more physical strength and energy and with less weight of stress and anxiety. Life is hard sometimes. When we regularly condition our bodies both mentally and physically to overcome new or difficult scenarios, then we’re in a much better place to confidently deal with any challenges life may throw at us.

Be Free.

You, my brothers, were called to be free.  But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love.  The entire law is summed up in a single command:  "Love your neighbor as yourself.  Galatians 5:13-14

Spending time in God's presence brings freedom.  It is my desire to facilitate an encounter with the One and Only, living God.
